在3月21日，我们参加了在工业园中学举行的河东区英语复习研讨会。我们观摩了三节不同的复习课型，第一节是单元复习课，第二节是语法复习课，第三节是听力练习课。通过学习使我受益匪浅，让我开阔了眼界，提高了专业水平，为我今后的教育教学注入了新的活力。收获是沉甸甸的，其中有感悟、有灵感、有激励，也有反省。下面我来谈一下我的认识
一、教师的个人专业素质优秀。三位教师都具备很好的心理素质。她们教态自然，落落大方，教学环节清晰有条理，处处透露出一种自信，而且具有亲和力，虽是借班上课，但与学生之间的互动却是非常和谐的，体现出良好的心理素质和较强的应变能力。口语流利，发音标准，善于利用多媒体，使学生接触到的知识更立体，更直观，更生动；教态自然，表情丰富，在课堂上能营造轻松、愉快、活泼的教学氛围，富有艺术性；有扎实的英语基础知识和教学功底作为后盾，使得课堂更加充实。
二、教学设计方面，最大的特点就是设计非常巧妙，从课堂导入，到新知识的呈现，再到巩固练习，以及最后扩展延伸。每个环节设计非常合理，紧紧围绕文本展开教学的每一个环节。并且前一环节为后一个环节做了充分的铺垫，层层展开，环环相扣。而环节与环节之间的过渡也非常的连贯，流畅，使整堂课如行云流水，而又滴水不漏。
重难点的把握精准。并充分调动学生积极性，让学生真正成为课堂的主人。
三、英语课件的精心制作，充分发挥了多媒体在英语课堂教学中的重要作用，都非常富有创意，既形象又生动。通过各种直观形象得图片来帮助学生加深对单词句型以及课文的理解，充分激发学生的学习兴趣，更有利于学生对所学知识的牢固掌握。
导入新颖，激发了学生的学习兴趣，导语设计巧妙、风趣，导入的形式也多种多样。课题的引入与各教学环节之间的衔接是课程设计的重点，各位老师都采用多种形导入新课，学生对这些导入方式很感兴趣，注意力很集中。
四、教师都重视在操练中讲解英语语言知识，在情景中进行精讲多练，培养学生扎实地掌握和运用语言。利用各种直观手段讲解英语语言知识，教师重视通过板书和在多媒体等创设的情景中对语法知识进行归纳。并且通过表格、问题等手段启发学生思维，分析掌握课文内容，从而发展学生的思维能力，深层次地理解整体语篇。
最后，区教研室李主任针对三位老师的课，对2014年的中考作了说明，并对全体入会教师做了要求。通过研讨会，我感觉自己本身的业务还存在很大的不足，复习方法还有待提高。在今后的上课中，注意精心设计每一节课，注重培养学生学习的热情，使学生愉快的接受知识，我还要注意自己的教态，要善于调动学生。学无止境，我要时刻努力提高自己的上课能力，争取上好每一节课。
