For those friends, after each monthly exam or in normal times, I will find opportunities to talk to them about the importance, characteristics and learning methods of the English subject, and ask them what difficulties they have in learning English. I will guide them to formulate reasonable plans. Study plans and teach some learning methods. With my help and encouragement, some of my friends have already developed an interest in English and built up their confidence in learning. Some friends' scores are still improving in the three monthly exams this semester, which is very surprising.
Weaknesses: Not much participation in class management, not thorough enough; not enthusiastic enough about middle school students, not communicating extensively enough with middle school students, not understanding middle school students comprehensively and deeply enough; we need to be more proactive at work.
