[图片演示]演示更多学生熟悉的照片，如中国的周恩来总理，杨利伟等，还有美国白人明星，总统布什等，还有黑人马丁·路德·金和黑人小孩的可爱照片。
[学生活动]学生描述图片中的人物。（包括长相，身高，美丑，头发，表情，年龄，喜怒哀乐等思想感情）。丰富多彩的图片为学生讨论发言提供了平台，使英语油然成为交流的语言工具。英语语境浑然天成。
[师生总结]三大人种基本特征。学生填完下表：

注：人种不同的特征表达，对七年级的学生来讲，存在一些生词，比如：curly，undulance，flat等等，此时对这些词，我除了利用图片中人物的头发直观的形状来解释，还充分利用简笔画表达，学生很快就领会了，并且很快就认识了生词。通过看图反复说话，学生很快就能用新单词了。
[地图演示]三大人种的分布。在完成上表分布栏目前，超级链接到三大人种分布图（主要分布地区附英文名字）。
[学生活动]观察人种的分布地区，在双语地图的帮助下，用英文说出白色人种、黄色人种和黑色人种的分布地。

[影片放映]MartinLutherKing的“Ihaveadream”的演讲片段，让学生沉浸在真实地道的美国英语当中，切身领略MartinLutherKing的满腔热血和精彩的英语演讲。
