Bangslabs 提供两类荧光定量的微球：Quantum? MESF?和?Quantum? Simply Cellular??。前者包括一组空白球simply，以及四组不同MESF的荧光球（FITC有五组）simply，通过流式的分析结合软件（Banglabs提供的计算表格，可免费索取），可以得到MESF的标准曲线。用户可以用同种荧光标记的一抗与细胞孵育后，上流式，也得到一个荧光值，然后再从标准曲线上找到对应的MESF值，用MESF来对表达量进行相对定量。显然，我们更希望是得到一个ABC值，对表达量进行一个绝对的定量，根据上面的公式，我们还需要一个F:P值。此时，你就需要Quantum? Simply Cellular?（QSC）了。
QSC kit 是五组分配不同ABC值的微球，它的原理很简单，就是在微球的表面偶联了不同数量的二抗，当用荧光一抗与二抗孵育时，一抗与二抗的结合，就好像抗体与抗原结合一样。用过量的荧光一抗与上述五组微球孵育后，通过软件，输入读得的荧光强度后，可以得到一个ABC--MESF的标准曲线。再用同样的荧光一抗与自己的分析细胞孵育后，上流式，通过得到的荧光值钓鱼网，就可以在标准曲线上找到对应的ABC值。用户口可以根据自己的要求从下表中选择合适的产品
