一．教学目标：
1．认知目标：理解并掌握有关夏天的词汇与句型。
2．能力目标：能够简单描绘夏天的特点和夏天的活动。
3．情感态度目标：培养学生热爱大自然的良好品质；培养学生的劳逸结合及对学生进行合理用脑的渗透。
二．教学重难点：
掌握单词summer,hot,rain,heavy,summerholiday及有关夏季活动的问答为本课重点。
三、教学过程：
（一）Warm-up
1.Singasong:TwoLittleSpringBirds
教师请一位同学到前面来领唱歌曲，一起拍手。活跃课堂气氛，激发学生对本课的学习热情。

教师播放关于春天的视频，让学生欣赏春天的景物，边播放边引领学生说出画面中的事物。

教师拿起卡片，让学生问出两个问题：Whendoessummerbegin?How’stheweatherinsummer?
教师播放第一段录音，让学生回答以上两个问题。
4.Ss回答问题：1）SummerbeginsaroundJune.T板书June，领读句子，Ss跟读，onebyone之后教师总结Summerlaststhreemonths.It’sfromJunetoAugust.
2)Theweatherishot.It’sthehottestseason.

教师学生自由交流，引出summerholiday.Schoolsclose.PPT播出图片，学生跟读。教师提出问题：Whatdostudentsdoonsummerholidays?教师播放录音，让学生听过之后再在组内自由朗读，找出问题的答案。

（三）Practiceandproduction

教师以记者的身份号召学生们积极踊跃地报名参加征文活动，以帮助他们发表为奖励，完成写作练习。教师在学生中巡视，告知学生将玫瑰花背面的卡片贴在作文上。
学生展示作文，教师在每个学生展示之后，针对不同的文章给予不同的奖励与评价。
三、Homework

教师读出PPT上面的三项作业。
