一、教学目标
1.Learnandusethesentence:Januaryisthefirstmonthoftheyear.Words：January,February,first,second,NewYear’sDay,SpringFestival.
2.CanexpressthefestivalsandactivitiesinJanuaryandFebruary.
3.KnowaboutcustomsofChinesetraditionalfestivals.
Cultivatestudents’abilityofco-orperationandcommunicationandleadthemtoloveChinesecustoms.
二、教学重难点
1.January,February两个月份的表达，以及序数词的理解与运用；
2.有关一月、二月的活动的节日以及在每个节日人们的活动的英文表达。
三、教学流程：
（一）、Warm-up：激趣导学
WatchavideoaboutNewYear’sDay.
设计意图：在新课一开始用与本课有关的“HappyNewYear”视频激发学生对本节课的兴趣，为之后的January的学习进行了铺垫。
（二）、Presentation&practice：情景助学
1.WatchthevideoaboutJanuaryandNewYear’sDay.Trytoanswer:WhenisNewYear’sDay?
设计意图：承接上一个视频，用本课的第一段视频让学生初步感知NewYear'sDay以及能够在看完视频后捕捉到元旦日期这一信息点。
2.Introduce“Year”,say“hello”to“Year”.
设计意图：用卡通人物“年”进一步巩固学生学习本课的兴趣，并且引入“年”的英文表达，通过“年有十二个孩子”引出“月”month的表达。
3.Learn:month&months.ReadthewordandpasteitnexttoLesson19.
4.ListentowhatYearissaying,andlearnJanuaryisthefirstmonthoftheyear.
5.Chant对对碰活动促学
设计意图：课程进行到此，需要这个游戏来将孩子们的学习热情保持下去，这个游戏既可以“持趣”，也可以对本课的功能句进行操练，一举两得。

设计意图：呈现本课的思维导图，让学生自主阅读，初步构建导图的框架。

设计意图：通过观看“春节”的视频，让学生对比春节和元旦的区别，进而引出“SpringFestival”。
