锡无外国语学校创办于1998年，现已发展成为十五年一贯制外语特色学校，被命名为锡无外籍、港澳台学生和归国创业人才子女入学的定点学校。学校由幼儿园、小学部、初中部、高中部、国际部组成，现有121个班级，5000名学生。学校现有390多名教职工，师资力量雄厚。学校撷山水之灵，育栋梁之才，以“鼎新力行”为校训，践行“为学生发展服务，为学生成功奠基”的办学理念，致力于培养高素质、宽视野、强能力的国际化人才，每年为锡无和海内外高一级学校输送大批优秀学生，学生家长满意度、社会美誉度不断提升，学校已经成为锡城优质教育品牌。
为满足太湖新城地区居民对优质化、特色化、国际化教育的需求，在市政府和社会各界的关心支持下，锡无外国语学校太湖新城校区于2013年9月正式建成启用。学校将朝着“高水平特色化、高素质国际化”的办学目标，努力建设成为基础教育优质学校、素质教育示范学校和国际教育特色学校，为锡无教育事业增添新的活力。
Founded in 1998, Wuxi Foreign Language School, has already developed into a fifteen-year school distinguished by foreign language characteristics. It has also been designated to enroll students from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and other foreign countries, as well as the children of returned overseas Chinese. lt is composed of primary school, junior middle school, senior high school and the international division with 121 classes, 5000 students. The school enjoys a strong faculty team with 390 members. Capturing the spirit of this diverse landscape, our school has cultivated many outstanding and distinctive characteristics. With the school motto of innovation and application, we have been practicing the essential concept of serving our students and laying a solid foundation for their future. We are striving to cultivate students with a global perspective with high quality, extensive knowledge and strong educational abilities. Every year a large number of outstanding students graduated from our school are sent to high schools, including Wuxi No. 1 High School and Tianyi High School, in Wuxi, at home and abroad. With high levels of parent satisfaction and a strong reputation in the community, the school has become a well-respected institution known for high-quality education in Wuxi.
The new campus in Taihu new town has been completed and put into use in September 2013 with the support of Wuxi municipal government and all walks of life,.This can better meet local people’s needs of the optimization, specialization, internationalization in Taihu new town. The school is making great strides towards the goal of “high standard with specialization; high quality with internationalization.” It will endeavor to become a high-quality school in basic education, a model school in quality education and a specialist school in international education. This has added new vitality to the cause of education in Wuxi.
