活动宗旨
双语是链接中外的纽带起步网校，主持是讲述故事的桥梁，主播已经成为全球新媒体行业的新时尚。以“挖掘和培养优秀的双语主持、主播人才，推广双语主持主播文化”为宗旨，中国传媒大学全球青年双语主持主播大赛即日起诚挚邀请全球青年参加这一品牌赛事，通过大赛促进跨文化交流和全球文明互鉴。
Contest Objective
Bilingualism connects China and the world; bilingual hosting bridges stories to global audiences, and bilingual presenting leads the new media trend worldwide. With the mission to “discover and nurture outstanding bilingual hosts and presenters, and to promote bilingual announcing and anchoring culture”, the Communication University of China now cordially invites young talents across the globe to its signature event — the Global Youth Bilingual Broadcast Announcing and Anchoring Contest. This event is dedicated to fostering cross-cultural dialogue and mutual learning among civilizations.

讯飞译制将面向参赛选手开展AI音视频翻译工具使用培训，并提供讯飞译制免费使用权益支持参赛视频产出。
讯飞同传为本届大赛颁奖典礼提供AI同传翻译支持。
讯飞翻译APP将以「官方翻译工具」身份，担任跨语言沟通桥梁，在选手参赛的各个跨语言交流环节中提供助力。

AI Multilingual Translation Supporti
FLYTEK Translation will provide training on the use of AI audio and video translation tools for participants, offering free access to iFlytek translation services to support the production of competition videos.
iFLYTEK simultaneous interpretation will provide AI interpretation support for the award ceremony of this year’s contest.
The iFLYTEK Translation app will serve as the “official translation tool”, acting as a bridge for cross-language communication and assisting in all multilingual exchange segments during the competition.

年度主题
第四届全球青年双语主持主播大赛以 “我的中国故事” 为主题，请围绕科技与创新、绿色发展、梦想与奋斗、乡村社区、文化交流、美好生活、艺术体验、运动健康等时代议题，结合亲情、友情、爱情等人间真情，从最真实的生活出发，用当代的视角、细腻的观察和真挚的情感，讲述一个情节完整、能引发共鸣的个人故事。我们期待选手以真挚叙事，在平凡日常中紧扣时代脉搏、彰显人性光辉。

Annual Theme
The Fourth Global Youth Bilingual Broadcast Announcing and Anchoring Contest is themed “My China Story”. Participants are invited to share a complete, resonant personal story, starting from the most authentic aspects of life and touching on contemporary issues such as technology and innovation, green development, dreams and hard work, rural communities, cultural exchange, the pursuit of a better life, artistic experiences, and sports and health. By weaving in human emotions like family love, friendship, and romantic affection, we encourage contestants to present their narratives through a modern perspective, keen observation, and sincere emotions. We look forward to seeing participants use genuine storytelling to resonate with the audience and highlight the brilliance of humanity in everyday life, keeping pace with the spirit of the times.
参赛资格
1.热爱主持、主播；
2.能够熟练运用中文普通话和另外一种或两种外语进行交流；
3.形象端庄，健康向上；
4.无违法、违纪等不良记录；
5.国籍不限。
Who can Participate
1.People who are passionate about announcing and anchoring;
2.Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and at least one other language;
3.With a refined appearance, good health and positive mindset;
4.With no record of illegal or disciplinary infractions;
5.No restrictions on nationality.

参赛方式
选手需通过在线提交视频的方式参赛，每位选手需提交以下两个视频：
【视频1】自我介绍视频时长不超过90秒，使用中文普通话录制，可包含个人才艺特长介绍或展示。
【视频2】：双语主持或主播作品自行设计一段主持或主播情节，其中一门语言为中文普通话，另外的语种不限，视频时长3分钟。参赛作品需在提交前发布于海内外社交媒体平台，并将发布链接（或其他有效信息）填写在参赛报名表中。发布平台包括但不限于微信视频号、小红书、抖音、微博、Instagram、Facebook、X、YouTube，以及所在国家和地区的其他主流社交媒体。发布时需附上社交媒体话题标签：#全球青年双语主持主播大赛#。
【内容要求】1. 表述形式自由，充分展现参赛者的个性与特色；? 2. 内容健康、生动，不得包含违规、违法或违背公序良俗的内容；? 3. 口齿清晰，表达流畅自然；? 4. 形象大方得体，可化淡妆。
【技术要求】1. 音频与画面：声音清晰fourth，人物图像完整、稳定，建议使用话筒收音以确保音质。 2. 视频格式：视频比例为16:9，采用横屏拍摄。? 3. 文件格式：视频文件格式为MP4fourth，画质要求1080p。? 4. 文件大小：单个视频文件不超过500MB。5. 后期处理：视频可进行剪辑及后期制作，但需保证整体流畅自然。6.AI相关要求：视频中的语音部分不得使用AI生成技术，必须为真人录制；双语字幕可以由AI辅助添加。
【提交方式】1. 扫描二维码，通过问卷星在线提交。2. 若海外参赛者无法使用百度网盘，请发送邮件至 cuc-bilingual@qq.com，获取报名表，并将填写完成的报名表及参赛视频作品一并提交至邮箱。
How to Participate
Contestants are required to participate by submitting videos online. Each? participant should submit the following two videos:
Self-introduction (Limited to 90 seconds, presented in Mandarin Chinese. You are encouraged to showcase your talents or special skills in this introduction).
Producing a hosting or anchoring clip featuring one language in Mandarin Chinese and another language of your choice. The video should be 3 minutes in length.
【Submission Requirements】
Before submission, all entries must be posted on personal social media platforms such as WeChat Video Account, Xiaohongshu (RED Note), Douyin (TikTok), Weibo, etc.
Overseas participants who cannot access the above-mentioned social media platforms should post their works on personal accounts of mainstream social media platforms in their respective countries or regions, such as Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, etc.
When posting the works on social media, participants are required to include the following hashtag as a social media topic.#TheGlobalYouthBilingualAnnouncingandAnchoringContest#Participants must provide links to these social media posts in their registration forms.
【Content Requirements】
There is no restriction on the form of expression, enabling contestants to fully exhibit their unique personalities.
The content must be healthy and lively, and must not include any illegal, unethical, or socially inappropriate material.
Clear articulation and smooth, fluent expression are required.
Participants should project a refined appearance and appropriate manner.
Light makeup is acceptable.
【Technical Requirements】
Sound clarity and sharp image quality are essential. It is highly recommended to use a microphone during recording to ensure optimal audio quality.
Video format: Aspect ratio of 16:9, horizontal filming.
File format: MP4 (1080p resolution).Video size: Each individual video file should not exceed 500MB.
Video editing and post-production are allowed. You can enhance the visual and auditory aspects of your video to better showcase your work. AI-related requirements: The voice portion of the video must not use.
AI-generated technology and must be recorded by a real person. Bilingual subtitles may be assisted by AI.

奖项设置及获奖权益
1.奖项设置大赛设置以下奖项：金奖、银奖、铜奖、最具表现力奖、最具潜质奖、最佳语言奖、最佳播报奖、最佳人气奖、最佳故事奖、最佳创意奖、最佳风采奖、最美声音奖、最具活力奖、最佳宣推奖等；此外，对于组织参赛选手数量多且作品质量高的单位，评审委员会将评选出“优秀组织奖”。
2.获奖权益获奖选手将受邀出席大赛颁奖典礼，组委会将为前来参加颁奖典礼的获奖选手提供一晚酒店住宿。金奖、银奖、铜奖获得者有机会获得讯飞签约译员身份，获得人机耦合订单营收机会，由科大讯飞直接签约，届时组委会将协助品牌方和选手建立联系。选手将有机会参与大赛品牌活动——“美丽中国行”，在此活动中，中外青年将共同深度体验中国传统文化与当代艺术，探访中国著名企业，了解中国品牌背后的故事，并开展特色文旅打卡、深度游学等专属主题活动，其中将赴安徽合肥，参访讯飞全球总部，深入了解中国科技品牌的发展故事。自在臻宝将在获奖选手中选定10人为其提供原创饰品，届时组委会将协助品牌方和选手建立联系。获奖选手将有机会参加由花厨、自在臻宝联合举办的线下沙龙活动。更多精彩活动陆续开展中。

This competition features a diverse range of awards.There are the Gold,Silver,and Bronze Awards, which recognize overall excellence.Additionally, there are special awards designed to honor specific qualities and achievements: Furthermore, the judging panel may confer the Outstanding Organization Prize upon outstanding organizations that have multiple participants and submit high - quality works.
2. Awards Benefits
Winning contestants will be invited to the competition's grand award ceremony. The Organizing committee will provide one night hotel accommodation for winning contestants who come to attend the award ceremony.Gold, Silver, and Bronze award winners will have the opportunity to earn the title of iFlytek contracted translator and gain revenue opportunities from human-machine coupling orders, with direct contracts facilitated by iFlytek.The organizing committee will assist in connecting the brand and the winners.Winners will also have the chance to participate in the competition’s brand event — "Amazing China Tour." In this event, young people from both China and abroad will deeply experience Chinese traditional culture and contemporary art, visit famous Chinese companies, learn the stories behind Chinese brands, and engage in unique activities such as cultural tourism check-ins and immersive study tours. This will include a visit to iFlytek’s global headquarters in Hefei, Anhui, to gain deeper insights into the development of China's tech brands.Zizai Fine Jewelry will select 10 award-winning participants to provide original accessories, with the organizing committee assisting in connecting the brand and the winners.Award winners will also have the opportunity to attend an offline salon event organized by Tomacado and Zizai Fine Jewelry.More exciting activities are coming soon....
